Eric Milam founded Force Fitness in the summer of 2013 to share his fitness experience with those looking to develop healthier lifestyles.
Eric combines tradition sport conditioning with military style physical training. He earned his BS in Exercise and Kinesiology at San Jose State University. During his time there, he played football and interened as the strength and conditioning coach for the SJSU Spartans. This experience lead to his playing semiprofessional football for the San Jose Sabercats. While serving in the United States Navy Reserves, he trained and deployed with Fleet Marine Forces. His service with the Marines afforded him with some of the toughest physical training out there.
Eric's unique style of training allows him to provide clients with exceptional training. His focus is on developing strength and speed through the use of explosive resistance training.
